MMkay - Interstate promotion?

So, as some of you may or may not know I am running a teeny con later this year. dalekboy suggested that cons over here don't promote themselves over East much.

So, what should I be doing? I have limited resources for time, so I'd like to optomise my "bang for buck".

Suggestions very welcome!

If someone there wants to organise a raffle of a membership, then Convergence can keep half the profits and the other half can go to DUFF.

kind of - but it would be fairer for it to go to NAFF - especially if Ju is going to be promoting it at all ;)

Also, what price on the tickets? 50 cents each/3 for a dollar?
