On the Rain-slick Precipice of Darkness: Episode One

Anyone else playing Penny Arcade's little baby?

It runs much more cleanly on my Linux partition than on my XP partition. That may just be the drive speed difference though.

Played the demo for a bit, not a big fan of turn based combat (unless its tactical turn based combat). Had it moments though, was quite amusing.

I'm torn between downloading their little first-part opus, and waiting and buying (hopefully) a big shiny disc with the whole saga on it at once.

I thought about it, I may wait for the big disc, I have too many other things to play at the moment...sigh, it's a tough life. :)

I thought about it but my bandwidth is allocated for quite a while downloading Torchwood S02

I've got the XB360 version - it really is the kind of game that you can kick back and play on your couch, and a controller just makes sense for it.

It hasn't 'grabbed' me just yet (I've explored two major areas so far) - I'm finding playing Boom Blox with friends, and My Life as a King far more enticing at present.
