Attention DVD Cutters! Request for advice!

Okay folks,

Does anyone cut their own DVDs and make thier own DVD interactive menus? I am using NeroVision Express and it's pretty neat but I'd like more control over the production of the interactive menus.

Any / all advice is appreciated...
