This is probably old news for most of you, but since it's new for me i thought I'd post it.

Orson Welles apparently was working on an early movie adaption of Batman in the late 40s.

The alternative realities where underwear perverts are taken seriously in the 40s and 50s is interesting. Maybe certain stifling events may have not taken place.
