what hold music do they play? Is it as bad as the HBF one? (very very short tune, goes around and around and around and around, and usually when I ring I spend 15+ minutes listening to it...)

The wait time is probably due to the new three result WGA update; "guilty", "somewhat innocent (this time)", and "he looks shifty, we'll psych him into giving up."
