This guy is even better than Gary Hayes. Gary stole an APC from an army base, so you could view his acts as somewhat spur of the moment. This guy lovingly restored an old carrier and then went on a rampage with it. It shows a far higher degree of premeditation. It helps to set yourself goals in life, obviously.
