Well crap!

Projector has developed a fault. Dell website won't even let me submit a fault report. (There's a bug on the page. It wants me to fill in a compulsory field that has no options available from the drop down menu)

Whatta bugger! I have mounted the screen and installed the ceiling kit.

Have you tried their 24/7 support phone line? You get a recorded message announcing their office hours.
