Yesterday I suggested a page to Boing Boing for submission and then left to go home. At best I hoped that they'd link to the article and spread the word. On the journey home (With mynxii) I got an SMS from prk congratulating me for getting Boing Boinged.

Whoa! That's me! I wrote that!

(Hee! I wonder if I'll get any more hits for Wasteland? )

I remember being similarly chuffed when Slashdot accepted a story from me. Given I got advance warning they were going to do it, I even managed to get first post on it. And that post got me enough mod points to give me the permanent +1 mod bonus. Hit the trifecta!
