I hadn't seen that before - it's brilliant. It's very obviously a means of cutting costs. Fun and Fancy Free (late 1940s) was drawn over animatics from Dumbo, Snow White and Pinocchio too.

Bah, proof Disney doesn't have that many original ideas (other than the idea to reuse out-of-copyright fairy tales and then copyright them)...

It's funny that Snow White moves more fluidly than Marion.
