Not Going Back

I went out and splurged.

I now have a 19" LCD.

It's a Dell one, which seems quite reasonable, was delivered in 5 days from order, and gawsh it's big!

At the same time, compared to my 21 CRT (Which was slowly dying) it's so compact!

Don't worry, I'll make good use of that big fat CRT.

Nice one! I went from a 17" CRT to a 17" LCD quite a while back and the difference is rather amazing. The monitor FEELS bigger, takes up much less space & powers up much faster. I don't think I could go back to a CRT now.

Nice. I have a 19" Dell LCD at work and it's a thing of beauty. I'd like a 19" for home but can't justify it at the moment... especially after putting 2Gb of RAM in my PC just to play City of Villains.
